10-GLADIUS

Gladius wears a long black coat with gold metal rings on the arms and chest, gold rivets studded around the collar and shoulders, and black and gold metal gears on the elbows, along with matching black boots. He also sports a similarly-studded white mask that covers the lower half of his face, matching a pair of blue goggles, and a black top hat, altogether giving him a style very reminiscent of steampunk. His spiky, light blue hair is usually stuffed inside his hat and flares out when uncovered, often at the hat’s expense.

9-SPANDAM

Spandam wears a brown studded leather mask which covers the bridge of his nose and scars on his moderately high forehead just above his eyebrows, similar to the mask of the WWE Legend Mick Foley, or “Mankind”.

8-JACK THE DROUGHT

Jack wears a metallic jaw mask that seemingly disappears when he transforms into his mammoth form, and has a pair of horns on each side of his head. His blond hair is worn in a ponytail and a pair of long braids.

7-WHO’S WHO

Who’s Who wears a mask over the top half of his head down over his nose (where it comes to a slightly raised edge and point), colored red and bearing two long, upward-curving horns, connected to the sides of the mask by circular bases. While his lower face remains bare, including his full-lipped mouth and defined jaw, his ears (on each of which is one still-visible, golden hoop earring) and eyes are obscured, the latter covered with large, yellow circles that do not seem to obstruct the man’s vision.

6-CP-0 (CYPHER POL AIGIS ZERO)

Three unnamed members were shown in Dressrosa. They each wear white suits with dark ties and tribal masks. They appear abnormally tall, towering over the ordinary citizens of Dressrosa.
The shortest one wears a mask which seems more likely to be white make-up, as his mouth was moving while he addressed the people.
The one of middle height wears a mask that has a light yellow flowery beard, a thin dark blue smile, all white-colored eyes, and two blue vertical lines going down the right side.
The tallest one wears a mask is a dark red angry looking with thick and almost dreadlock-like, flat pure black-colored hair.

5-BASTILLE

Bastille wears a gray metal mask with fourteen (ten in the anime before the timeskip) eye-holes and two long, curved bull horns and his face has never been fully exposed. His long orange hair falls to the front of his chest and the rest of his hair can be seen going down his back.

4-KILLER

Killer has long wild blonde hair that falls down to his thighs. He wears a plain, white and light-blue full-head helmet with many holes in it, and what look like modern headphones on both the sides.
Killer’s helmet has been noted to bear resemblance to the French musician Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo’s helmet from Daft Punk. Daft Punk was made famous in Japan by their animated film Interstella 5555: The 5tory of the 5ecret 5tar 5ystem, during which time the duo were wearing outfits designed to make them look like robots.

3-DUVAL

Duval is a very large man who was originally introduced wearing a large iron mask, with long red tufts attached to it, giving him his epithet Iron Mask Duval.

2-KING THE WILDFIRE

In order to hide his lunarian identity, King covers his head and neck area with a full-faced leather mask, which leaves only two holes for his eyes and has a zipper going up the front of the neck, flanked by two blue, gray-studded leather bands. Topping the eyes are blue-lensed, gray-rimmed goggle pieces, and on either side of the mask, connecting with a studded base, is a large and black, horn-like spike. Five more such spikes, only smaller, are located further on top upon a blue band that runs coronally into another one positioned like a headband, and crossing yet another that goes sagittal, with airholes in-between.

1-SOGEKING

Sogeking is Usopp’s alter-ego that he developed during the Water 7 and Enies Lobby Arcs after he left the crew. He hastily disguised himself in a mask and cape and began calling himself “Sogeking”. Sogeking’s trademark mask is from the Sea Train Puffing Tom: as Sanji leaves the last car of the Sea Train, the mask is visible sitting in an open suitcase. It was probably left over from the mask festival that was taking place on a nearby island at the time. The Sogeking costume is only complete when Usopp incorporates his favorite goggles into the mask’s eye holes.
