Top 10 Strongest Characters from East Blue

The East Blue is commonly known as the weakest of all the seas.

Pirates who are considered great and threatening in this sea are regarded as low rate compared to pirates from the other seas and especially in the Grand Line. Ironically, despite its poor fame, the East Blue was the birthplace of the most powerful pirate of all time, the late Pirate King Gol D. Roger.

Here’s the list of the 10 strongest known characters from East Blue:

Koushirou is Zoro’s teacher and Kuina’s father. He is the Dojo Master of Isshin Dojo in Shimotsuki Village.

In his first appearance, Coby lacked any fighting skills. He gained some fighting skills when he trained under the Marine Hero Monkey D. Garp. After two years, he reached the rank of Captain.
Due to his harsh training regime under Garp as well as further training after two years, Coby possesses immense physical strength and speed. He has shown himself to be an excellent swimmer. He can move incredibly fast even when underwater, as he caught up to a torpedo within seconds. With his strength, he was capable of redirecting the large torpedo underwater with his bare hands.
Since his training with Garp, Coby has become strong enough to use at least one of the Rokushiki, the Soru technique.

Bentham is a very powerful martial artist and a master of a unique, dance-based martial arts style known as Okama Kenpo, which combines forceful and acrobatic kicks and sometimes punches with ballet dancing.
Due to his extremely hard training in Okama Kenpo, which Bentham described as painstaking, Bentham has incredible superhuman physical prowess and an extremely high level of agility.
Bentham ate the Mane Mane no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows him to turn into someone who he touches. When he changes, he can also perfectly replicate the copied person’s flexibility and strength.

Yasopp is one of Shanks’ core crewmates. Known as “Chaser”, he is probably the best sniper in the world. He is capable of shooting the antennae off of an ant at one hundred feet away without harming the rest of it. Luffy also stated that he had never seen him miss a shot. His reputation was such that when Shanks was looking for potential crew members, he sought out Yasopp who had apparently already made quite a name for himself.

Zoro is an extremely powerful master swordsman, being able to use one, two, and three swords in varying attack styles. He has immense superhuman physical prowess, particularly his strength and agility. He is generally considered to be above his peer and rival Vinsmoke Sanji, but just below the Straw Hat captain, Luffy.
To match his incredible strength, Zoro also has an immense tolerance to pain and astonishing amounts of stamina and endurance, evidenced by numerous situations he has thus far endured (Dracule Mihawk’s black sword slashing his chest, Kuma’s explosive Ursus Shock attack, etc..).
Zoro has extraordinary mastery of Busoshoku Haki. He is also very skilled in the use of Kenbunshoku Haki.

After consuming the Gomu Gomu no Mi, Luffy’s body became like rubber, giving him the ability to stretch and attack long distances. Having undergone intense training for over ten years, Luffy is now able to supplement his stretching powers with immense strength, agility, and creativity in combat.
He has also developed several peculiar methods of combat as time passed, adapting new forms by manipulating his elastic body(Gear 2 and Gear 3) and using Haki in conjunction with the fruit’s powers (Gear 4).
Luffy is able to use Haoshoku Haki, a type of Haki possessed only by one in a million people.
Since training with Silvers Rayleigh, he have gained incredible proficiency in Kenbunshoku Haki, allowing him to tell what an opponent intends to do. After pushing his Kenbunshoku Haki to its peak during his fight against Katakuri, Luffy gained the ability to see into the future to a limited extent. Katakuri himself even noticed that Luffy’s level of Kenbunshoku Haki was reaching his own.
Luffy has also gained an extremely high mastery of Busoshoku Haki.

Sabo is the Revolutionary Army’s chief of staff, recognized as the “No. 2” of the entire organization, ranking directly under Monkey D. Dragon himself.
After joining the Revolutionary Army, Sabo was personally trained by Monkey D. Dragon and attained tremendous physical prowess by adulthood. He has become a master of the Ryusoken fighting style, which revolves around the use of grips, which he refers to as “claws”.

Sabo has shown incredible mastery of Busoshoku Haki, which he can imbue into his arm or his pipe. He is also highly skilled in the use of Kenbunshoku Haki.

Garp is one of the most powerful characters seen in the series so far. He got the distinction of “Hero of the Marines” from dealing with Rocks, a group of people who were prominent 40 years ago before the Pirate King Gol D. Roger came into power.
He is known for cornering and fighting Gol D. Roger many times. Roger also stated that he and Garp had almost killed each other on numerous occasions. As another true testament of sheer power, Garp defeated and nearly killed Don Chinjao in the past with a single punch, whose bounty was worth over 500,000,000 Berries in his prime and was said to be able to split a continent with a headbutt.
The extent of Garp’s power and fame is evident round the time of the Battle of Edd War, three years before the future Pirate King died. It was revealed that he was offered the promotion to the rank of admiral more than once, but repeatedly refused the promotion.
Despite his advanced age, Garp still posseses tremendous strength.

Monkey D. Dragon is the infamous leader of the Revolutionary Army. He is the World Government’s greatest enemy, and is the most dangerous and most wanted man in the world.
Dragon is already a powerful threat in his own right, as well as having powerful subordinates such as Sabo, Ivankov, Bartholomew Kuma, and Inazuma who are in comparison, lower in rank. This only speaks volumes of his true power.
Dragon has been shown to control the air and even lightning, just whether in general. He probably has the strongest Zoan Devil Fruit in the series.
When he was mentioned at the Summit War everyone froze, just at the thought of Dragon. Everyone is scared of him. He is at least Yonko level. Maybe the strongest character of the series.
