10 – CHARLOTTE SNACK
His abilities and powers are still unknown but as a former member of the Sweet Commanders we can say he deserves a spot on this list. Snack’s power is reflected by his large bounty of 600,000,000 Berries. However, he was defeated in combat by Urouge of the Worst Generation. Consequently, he was demoted from his position as a Sweet Commander and lost the authority that came with the title. He is seen wielding a large katana, but it’s unknown how proficient he is in using it.
According to the silhouette shown in the anime, Snack appears as a muscular figure that is very large, towering even over Urouge, who stands at nearly four meters.
9 – CHARLOTTE PEROSPERO
Perospero possesses fast reflexes and an extraordinary endurance.
Perospero ate the Pero Pero no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows him to create and manipulate candy. He is a highly talented candy craftsman and he can use hardened candy to bind and immobilize his opponents, being strong enough to hold down even the genetically-enhanced children of the Vinsmoke Family and Capone Bege’s giant castle form. Perospero can even go as far as turning people into candy by covering them in it and causing it to seep into their bodies, killing them minutes after he immobilizes them with no chance for them to escape in the meantime. However, his candy is weak to fire and heat.
Perospero can even use his power to travel across water without it dissolving as shown when he aided his mother in following the Sunny on the seas.
8 – SANJI VINSMOKE
Sanji is one of the crew’s top four fighters, having the third top bounty, after Luffy and Jinbe. Due to years of extremely hard training under Zeff since childhood, Sanji has gained extraordinary superhuman physical prowess, speed, agility and reflexes, which enables him to use an array of handstands for a kick-based martial art.
Sanji possesses the ability to use two forms of Haki: Busoshoku Haki and his speciality Kenbunshoku Haki. During his stay on Kamabaka Kingdom, Sanji has trained his Kenbunshoku Haki to an extremely high level. His supreme mastery at using this form of Haki is evident in many circumstances: in Whole Cake Island he dodged a jellybean bullet that was aimed at him by Katakuri. Sanji’s ability to both sense the bullet and dodge it left even the Sweet Commander surprised. He was also able to dodge multiple bullets being fired at him by Pudding, all from point-blank range.
7 – JINBE
Jinbe is the most powerful fishman seen thus far.
In conjunction with his physical abilities, Jinbe is an exceptionally powerful master of Fishman Karate. His skill in Fishman Karate has become so immense that his strikes do not even need to make physical contact with an enemy as the water particles in the air will blow them away after a few seconds of time from the attack’s initiation. He also displays the ability to skillfully manipulate water as if it were a tangible cloth through Fishman Karate, even using it to attack from a distance.
Jinbe is extremely skilled in using Busoshoku Haki, as shown when he defended himself against some members of the Big Mom Pirates. He can also fortify his arms, being able to briefly defend against Big Mom’s Cognac.
6 – CAPONE BEGE
Capone Bege, is the captain of the Fire Tank Pirates. Sometime during the timeskip, his bounty increased from 138,000,000 to 300,000,000. He ate the Shiro Shiro no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit which allows him to create and maintain a dimensional fortress inside his body. He can house a massive force of subordinates within his body, as well as horses and cannons. He manifests these objects outside his body by first manifesting ports and drawbridges on his person through which his “troops” could come out. He can also transform into a gigantic fortress shaped golem with immense defensive power.
5 – CHARLOTTE CRACKER
Cracker is physically extremely strong, able to wield Pretzel, a very large sword, while maintaining sufficient speed . He also has shown immense amounts of stamina.
Cracker ate the Bisu Bisu no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows him to generate and manipulate biscuits at will.
Cracker models his biscuits into identical, hulking, and lifelike entities complete with weapons. He usually inhabits one of his puppets as a suit of armor, which he uses to mislead his enemies about his real appearance. He can manipulate his puppets’ bodies at will, including granting them extra limbs and weapons.
Cracker has incredible mastery of Busoshoku Haki, which he uses to harden his sword and biscuit armor.
4 – CHARLOTTE SMOOTHIE
Smoothie possesses an extremely high level of physical strength and extraordinary durability. She is shown to have a strong will, being able to withstand Big Mom’s Haoshoku Haki and remain conscious from her loud screams.
Smoothie seems to possess a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit ability that allows her to wring and squeeze “juice” out of objects, living or not, as if they were wet table cloths or rags. She can also use the ability on herself to squeeze out poison from within her body, essentially making her immune to its effects.
3 – CHARLOTTE KATAKURI
Noted to be the strongest of the Three Sweet Commanders, Charlotte Katakuri has tremendous physical strength, speed and reflexes. His bounty of 1,057,000,000 Berries proves that the World Government views him as extremely dangerous.
Katakuri ate the Mochi Mochi no Mi, a special Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that lets him create, control, and transform into mochi at will.
He has also awakened his Devil Fruit powers, enabling him to transform inorganic material into mochi, enhancing the range of his attacks and capture field.
Katakuri has extraordinary mastery of Kenbunshoku Haki, having trained to such a degree that he can see slightly ahead into the future.
Katakuri is also extremely skilled at using Busoshoku Haki and Haoshoku Haki.
2 – MONKEY D. LUFFY
He is currently considered the “Fifth Emperor of the Sea” and has a bounty of 1,500,000,000 Berries. Luffy gained extraordinary stretching and elastic powers from eating the Gomu Gomu no Mi. Having undergone intense training for over ten years, Luffy is now able to supplement his stretching powers with immense strength, agility, and creativity in combat.
Luffy is able to use Haoshoku Haki, a type of Haki possessed only by one in a million people. Luffy used this ability several times in the series, as it was the type of Haki that manifested the earliest. Since training with Silvers Rayleigh, he have gained incredible proficiency in Kenbunshoku Haki, allowing him to tell what an opponent intends to do. After pushing his Kenbunshoku Haki to its peak during his fight against Katakuri, Luffy gained the ability to see into the future to a limited extent. Katakuri himself even noticed that Luffy’s level of Kenbunshoku Haki was reaching his own. Luffy has also gained an extremely high mastery of Busoshoku Haki, which has been shown to darken his body (or parts of it) and harden it.
1 – CHARLOTTE LINLIN “BIG MOM”
Big Mom, is the captain of the Big Mom Pirates and the only female member of the Yonko.
Big Mom has immense superhuman physical strength and tremendous superhuman durability due to her extremely tough skin. Mother Carmel believed she had the potential to become an Admiral or Fleet Admiral of the Marines.
Big Mom can utilize and has shown mastery over two types of Haki: Busoshoku Haki and Haoshoku Haki.
Big Mom has acquired the powers of the Soru Soru no Mi a powerful Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows her to manifest the soul of whomever she touches into an ethereal substance. She can put harvested souls into non-living things in order to give them life or into animals in order to give them human abilities. Those creatures are named Homies. She can also create incarnations of her own soul, in fact Big Mom used fragments of her own soul to create three special homies that are far more powerful than ones created with other people’s souls: Zeus, a thundercloud she summons with her left hand; Prometheus, a sun she summons with her right hand; and Napoleon, a bicorne she wears on her head. Zeus and Prometheus allow Big Mom to unleash extremely powerful flames and lightning bolts, and can also combine their powers to manipulate the weather and create massive storms.
