#7-Doc Q already has or will obtain the Mythical Zoan Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Shinigami (Grim Reaper).
Doc Q’s Zoan form will be a skeleton, as he is a Grim Reaper. Being a Grim Reaper, Doc Q will be able to affect his enemies in different ways than the average devil fruit.
He will be able to spread disease and famine like a virus with his powers. He would be able to wipe out entire towns because every living thing will become sick to the point of death. Doc Q himself looks like he’s sick as does his horse Stronger, I believe that this could be foreshadowing to what he will be able to do with his Devil Fruit.
#8-Laffitte, as we know, is skilled in infiltration. When he traveled to Mary Geoise, he easily bypassed all the security defenses of the sacred land of the World Government and joined in the meeting for the Shichibukai nomination. Later at Marineford, before the Blackbeard Pirates sailed to Impel Down, Laffitte infiltrated the control room to hypnotize the Marines without anyone knowing.
Laffitte seems to have eaten a Devil Fruit that allows him to obtain wings and fly. He showed his ability when the Blackbeard Pirates invaded Impel Down.
Based on this many speculated that Lafitte has a Siren Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit.
Sirens in fact are a type of mermaid with the ability to hypnotize men. Sirens were believed to combine women and birds in various ways.
#9-“Corrupt King” Avalo Pizarro has many cat-like characteristics: his eyes are slitted like a cat’s and his cyan hair is a wild mane, with white horns attached to his head via black metal plates underneath. His mustache resemble a cat’s whiskers, fitting in with his feline-like appearance. So he could possess a Cat Zoan-type Devil Fruit.
Anyway Avalo Pizarro is nicknamed “King” so connecting the dots he could possess a Lion Zoan-type Devil Fruit as well (since Lion is the “King” of the Felidae, a family of mammals in the order Carnivora which cats are also part of).
#10-Vasco Shot could get Caribou’s Numa Numa no Mi. It would make this dude look even nastier than he already does.
With the Numa Numa no Mi, the user can create bottomless swamps which are impossible to escape from. If someone is caught by the swamp created by the user, they will sink more if they struggle. The swamp also serves as a storage space, allowing the user to store an infinite amount of whatever he has captured inside his body.
